Late Entry : Antenatal Class on 2 March

Huhu..been bz few days i think. Tak sempat say nak meng'update'kan blog. Anyway, on last Tuesday I had my 3rd Antenatal Class. We were focus more on labour process. Saya memang berpuas hati dgn penerangan yang begitu TERPERINCI oleh midwife tth labour process. I remembered what she told us that the hardest part is when the baby's head is going out. She reminded us not to push hardly when it not suppose to in order to prevent sebarang "koyak" yg berlebihan dan juga mengelakkan kita kehilangan byk tenaga (more precisely bile kepala baby melanggar bowel kita, kita akan rasa seperti ingin membuang air. And a signal will be transferred to our brain n tell us this is the time to push BUT it is not. So rakan-rakan, jgn push berlebihan k!! (huhu..saya cube remind diri sendiri). Tak sabar lak nak beraksi dalam Labour Room nanti..hehehe

Note: Next week's class lg besh sbb AMIEN akan join sekali utk visit Labour Room n belajar teknik2 relaxation utk bantu pregnant mother ini menghadapi contraction n labour process nnt.
